Shipping & Delivery Info

 

Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time 

 

Order Processing Time: 

Once we receive an order, we process the order within 1 - 3 business days. All our order processing is automatic. 

But, most of the orders will be processed within 24 Hrs.  About 98% of our orders are processed within this time frame. The rest are processed within the 1 - 3 days TAT.

Fast Shipping Items are mostly processed in less than 4 Hrs. 

 

Shipping Time:

This depends on the type of shipping, the origin of item/warehouse, our systems select the best and the cheapest option to ensure a prompt delivery. 

All FAST shipping items are delivered between 3 - 5 business days. 

Please note, if the item is held by customs of your country, we have no control over the same and the delivery times may be extended till they provide the clearance. If there are Customs duty or Tax levied, it will be the customers responsibility to make the payments either to have this released by customs on intimation or pay at the time of delivery which is the general process in most countries. Please be rest assured that this situation never arrived for our deliveries so far.

 

Standard & FREE Shipping Time:

For Standard & Free Shipping, please allow us 2 - 21 working days for delivery. 

Shipping times depends on the type of items, the warehouse location and the mode of shipping selected by the consumer. We have warehouses in USA, UK, EU & Asia. The items are fulfilled to ensure the fastest shipping from the nearest warehouse based on product availability.

All our shipping is tracked. You shall receive tracking details once your order is shipped. 

Deeming to the holiday seasons, you may expect some delays in shipping but please bear with us and allow us some time, you will surely receive your product.
